On Friday September 10th, David’s studio will be Saga Firing, which involves a bunch of students, lots of chemicals and on-the-day results! Ceramic works for sale, including a Bargain Corner for great deals. David and some of his students will be creating ceramic works and demonstrating their techniques on Saturday and Sunday.
Firebrand Glass Studio

Join Firebrand Glass Studio for Alberta Culture Days on September 10 & 11 between 11 and 4 pm. During the day we will feature glass blowing demonstrations and there will also be a bumper crop of blown glass pumpkins and harvest themed pieces for sale. Come celebrate the beauty of fall with us. Leighton Art Centre

On September 11 & 12, Leighton Art Centre is celebrating the heritage and the experience of creating art en plein air (outdoors, in the moment). This Alberta Culture Days event will include the launch of the annual exhibition In The Open Air, a Wet Paint art sale, drop-in paint out (BYI supplies), plein air painting competition, and outdoor art workshops for a range of skill levels. Don’t miss the museum and gallery shop, too!
Lineham House Galleries

A destination urban art gallery in the heart of Historic Okotoks featuring Southern Alberta artists of all kinds in a beautiful heritage home built by the founding family of our town in 1906. Rotating art displays, Alberta Pottery Pantry, local artisan General Store Gift Shoppe and a special gallery devoted to art for children’s spaces.
On Saturday Sept. 11th (10 – 4), see our lovely tree lined street come alive with the 4th Annual Elma Street ARTSwalk!

Mady’s art studio (indoors) will be open to visitors, with some of her work also hanging outside in the garden (weather permitting). Free draw for a painting, with email newsletter signup. Original art, art cards and 2022 calendars all available for purchase!
Okotoks Art Gallery

On display is ‘Hope Blooms’, featuring beautiful artwork by local OAG members. Art demonstrations will be performed on the gallery’s front lawn by members of the Phoenix Art Club!
