The existing members of The Most Beautiful Art Tour in Alberta (Leighton Are Centre, Kristoferson Studio, Firebrand Glass Studio and Bluerock Gallery) are thrilled to welcome to the tour three new member venues! The newly expanded tour covers a larger geographic area and offers the opportunity to connect with even more art forms. Mady Thiel-Kopstein, Artist – Turner Valley
Mady’s paintings, frequently inspired by her time spent in nature, conjure up the atmosphere and depth of multiple layers of colour and light, stirring a certain familiarity and a strong connection with the natural world.
Lineham House Galleries – Okotoks
Okotok’s newest art gallery and collaborative art space is housed in a beautiful 110 year old Registered Historic Alberta Resource home. Exhibiting group shows of select artists every quarter, along with Southern Alberta artisanal items such as jewelry, pottery, glass, metal, wood, prints and artistic gifts for heart and home, Lineham House Galleries strives to bring together the creative best of the region.
Eversfield Ceramics – 11 min. south of Black Diamond
David Barnes is an exceptional potter and sculptor whose lengthy career has seen his works featured in many exhibitions, museums and galleries throughout England, France and Canada. David is now sharing his talent and expertise by offering classes and workshops to students of all ages and skill levels.
